Shipping Policy

At Cape Sunrise Coffee, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We ship all orders from our facility in the United States and work with trusted carrier partners to ensure reliable delivery to your door. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon or on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States generally takes between three and seven business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and will be clearly labeled with estimated delivery windows and associated costs. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guarantees. Factors outside our control, including weather events, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods such as holidays, may affect delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a minimum order value, which will be displayed on our website and at checkout. For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises.

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time and may not qualify for all shipping promotions. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you.

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit. Cape Sunrise Coffee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, checking around your property, and contacting your local post office or carrier depot before reaching out to us. In some cases, packages are marked as delivered slightly before they physically arrive.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the product before discarding anything and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement product or issuing a refund depending on the circumstances. We take product quality seriously and want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

During peak periods such as the holiday season, please allow additional time for both processing and delivery. We recommend placing orders well in advance during high-demand periods to ensure timely arrival. Cape Sunrise Coffee will communicate any known delays or extended processing times on our website and through our email list.
